The pure pigments of GOLDENEYE Coloressense mixed with Easy Flow Color Activator result in a water-soluble color pigment, which is suitable for exact hair drawings and precise contours. This makes the PMU pigments very flowing without losing opacity.
Mixing ratio: 7-10 drops of color to 1-2 drops of Easy Flow
Ingredients: Witch Hazel Virginiana Distillates, Alcohol
