REACH 2023 Information

Since this year, the second part of the European REACH law has come into force and on this page we will tell you how this affects the range of permanent make up colors in our online store. In general, permanent make up colors containing the pigments Blue 15:3 and Green 7 may no longer be "used". This includes all trade, storage and use of these products.

Until this date, some of these permanent make up colors were still available from us, but only while stocks lasted. Below you will find more information about each brand.

Golden Eye
According to the manufacturer, the products comply with the REACH guidelines, corresponding certificates are available for download in our online store.

Artyst
According to the manufacturer, the products comply with the REACH directives. The corresponding certificates are available for download in our online store.

Perma Blend
According to the manufacturer, the products comply with the REACH directives. Corresponding certificates are available for download in our online store.

Swiss Color
According to the manufacturer, the products comply with the REACH directives. The corresponding certificates are available for download in our online store.

Ever After
The manufacturer is already working on a REACH compliant batch. A delivery date and certificates are not yet available.

You can further assume that we will only pass on positive news about possible conformities of permanent make up colors and have products back in stock if, in our opinion, these colors comply with the REACH requirements.

In this context, we also recommend that you check carefully and critically if you can buy permanent make up colors that are supposedly compatible with the REACH law, to see if they actually comply with the new legal guidelines. As a rule, current test reports are provided for this purpose, which can at least be assigned to the colors purchased according to the manufacturing period.  For all colors that should comply with the REACH directive in the future, you can view the corresponding certificates here.

As far as the availability of products from various manufacturers of permanent make-up colors that harmonize with the new regulations is concerned, we will inform you as soon as we have information that we can consider reliable after a check.

Important: We pass on the information of the manufacturers directly to you. Please note that in some cases the given delivery dates cannot always be met 100% by the manufacturers. Unfortunately, we have no influence to accelerate the processes in any way.
