Since these ink caps are made of PLA, the so-called bioplastic, they can be easily recycled with household compost systems.
Material Explanation Polylactide Acid, or PLA for short:
PLA falls under the category of synthetic polymers, as the substance is artificially produced in a laboratory. Unlike conventional plastic, PLA is considered a so-called "bio-plastic" because it is produced on the basis of renewable raw materials: PLA consists of corn starch and lactic acid, thus meeting the renewable biomass criterion. The manufactured molecular structure of PLA is biodegradable and compostable.
PMU accessories such as cling film, packaging, plastic cups, protective covers, couch covers and other consumables are an important part of hygienic work in the salon or studio.
Many permanent make up artists already pay attention to vegan pigments and ecological PMU accessories which is already worth a lot. But apart from animal welfare, we should of course also think about the rest of the environment.

THE INKED ARMY ECO FRIENDLY products are made from compostable and biodegradable bioplastic, which means they are mostly made from PLA (polylactide), which is derived from corn starch.
Even the manufacturing process uses 65% less energy and produces 68% less greenhouse gases, compared to similar disposable plastic permanent makeup products. So during the incineration of THE INKED ARMY ECO FRIENDLY, biodegradable PMU products, in waste incineration plants, even without recycling, less CO2 is already released.
The accessories for permanent make up artists from THE INKED ARMY ECO FRIENDLY made of compostable and biodegradable raw materials can be easily recycled in normal household compost systems.
Sustainability is also taken into account in the packaging, which is made entirely of recycled paper and is completely plastic-free.
